Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the furniture.

• Delivery Timelines: Due to the substantial nature of our products, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Assembly and Delivery

Currently, our delivery partners provide doorstep drop-off. For larger items like wardrobes and cabinets, please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Some items are shipped flat-packed to ensure safety during transit and will include detailed, easy-to-follow assembly instructions.

Damages During Transit

We design our packaging to withstand the journey to your home. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at aurelloofficial3@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward a swift resolution.
