We design aurello pieces to be lived in, grown into, and handed down. If a piece does not fit your space or meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at aurelloofficial3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to prepare your package for our reverse pickup service.

3. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

• Furniture that has been assembled or modified.

• Items without their original packaging.

• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our Surat facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
